Singapore – June 2017

In June 2017, I spend a couple of intense days with my new NTT Security colleagues – planning out my first suite of Project initiatives, aligning them with the overall Program, meeting my senior stakeholders and completing the 1st round of requirement/scoping interviews.

If you want to think in terms of MSP-speak, the Program Manager and I spent time thinking about how they impacted his Governance themes:

  • Organization,
  • Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Benefits Realization Management
  • Planning and Control
  • Risk Management and Issue Resolution, and
  • Quality Management

With the overarching Program already up-and-running, we also spent time understanding how my projects impact on the Managing the Tranches process flow within the Transformational Flow.
Phew. What a mouthful! We covered a lot of ground, very quickly.

Foundations set, priorities agreed and impacts understood.
Time well spent.
