Singapore – June 2017

In June 2017, I spend a couple of intense days with my new NTT Security colleagues – planning out my first suite of Project initiatives, aligning them with the overall Program, meeting my senior stakeholders and completing a 1st round of requirement/scoping interviews.

In MSP-speak, the Program Manager and I deep-dived into my Projects to understand how they impacted his Governance themes:

  • Organization,
  • Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Benefits Realization Management
  • Planning and Control
  • Risk Management and Issue Resolution, and
  • Quality Management

With the Global Program already up-and-running, we also spent time understanding the impacts to the “Managing the Tranches” process flow within the Transformational Flow .

Foundations set, priorities agreed and impacts understood.
Time well spent.
